there’s absolutely nothing 'best' about this Best Western. the room was dark and dirty, and I expected a warm welcome instead of a shout from some back office. a complimentary upgrade would’ve been nice, especially with the awful noise from the air conditioner. I almost wrote a lovely review, but just couldn't.
